• 1 aluminium piece
• 2 nylon wheels which are positioned with the use of galvanized fit bolts
• 2 NdFeB magnets which are kept in place with galvanized springs.

• 4 metre elastic rope made of latex rubber and provided with a stainless steel hook.

Step 1

Drill 2 holes of 6.2 mm at the place where you want to attach the aluminium piece. This can be done at the side as well as on top of the profile. In case M6 bolts are to be screwed into the aluminium, then drill 2 holes of 5 mm and use a M6 tap for cutting a thread into the profile.

Step 2

The aluminium piece is attached with 2 bolts of M6 when there is thread inside the profile. When the holes are drilled, you can attach the aluminium piece using 2 bolts and 2 nuts of M6.

Step 3

Mount the elastic rope to the wheel in the middle of the aluminium piece by pushing the loop of the elastic through the bottom side of the hole.

Step 4

Pull the loop of this elastic rope to the opposite aluminium piece and push the loop behind the nylon wheel on the right side of the aluminium piece.

Step 5

Pull the loop of the elastic rope back to piece 1 and attach the loop to the galvanized hook at the left side.

Step 6

Mount the strap alongside the back of the hook.
Ensure that the hook is in properly positioned so that the strap is positioned as close to the side as is possible.

Step 7

TPull the strap to aluminium piece 2 and push it trough the hook via the upper side.
Again ensure that the hook is properly positioned so that the strap is fitted to the side as closely as possible.

Step 8

Pull the strap downwards.
The Strap2go-system is now ready for use.
